I can’t say that this is a quick breakfast, but it’s certainly a more convenient travel breakfast than, say, a sandwich.

Breakfast Smoothie:

3 or 4 large frozen strawberries

1 banana (peeled)

½ pkt of Spirutein, or supergreens powder

1 cup goats milk

1 small yogurt with live and active cultures

In a blender, I prefer to stack the ingredients in that order, pulse a few times, then blend. In a Magic Bullet, I omit the banana (or use ½), and stack it in reverse.

Pour into a to-go cup, and go!

Alternatively, you could use soy or rice milk, and mixed frozen berries. Or even omit the berries and add a little peanut butter and chocolate sauce!
