Jess’s Vegan Taco’s Part 1 actually has nothing to do with tacos. She’s teaching you how to make guacamole. From scratch. And it looks good!

I tried making guac once before, and failed. Miserably. Mine? Nothing but salt and lemon. Hers? Has olive juice. (Aw, I love you too…)
