We all know that the healthiest foods are the foods that have just come out of pesticide free ground. For most of us, however, it’s not easy to eat raw all the time, or even cook fresh meals every day.

So that’s why I love this article What’s Really In Your Food? from WebMD. Normally I consider WebMD to be, well, confusing at best, but this article is very informative about what shows up on packaged food labels, what it means, what’s required for said label, and what’s allowed.

We all know that packaging loves to lie, or at least dance around the truth, but can’t take the time to study the ingredients list on every package of food that we consider. This article puts it all in one, easy to print out, list. Take notes, or copy it out for your next few trips to the grocery store. I’ll bet it’ll make a difference.
