		<description>That&#039;s a great idea Andrew! I never thought that you could make a nut milk from milk thistle seeds, but I suppose it makes perfect sense, doesn&#039;t it? After all, nuts are seeds. It certainly sounds as though you could use milk thistle seeds like you would flax seeds, right? Great ideas, thank you!</description>

		<description>I use milk thistle seeds in my diet all of the time. I make a nut milk by grinding the seed into a fine powder and pouring boiling water on top, once it&#039;s cooled I strain it through a muslin and drink it. 

Sometimes I add the ground seeds to soups and in cakes etc.</description>
