When I was an aspiring freelance writer, I networked with a lot of aspiring and professional freelance writers.  Funny thing is, despite the fact that I have a bajillion (that’s the technical term) interests outside of writing, it never occured to me that my professional friends would as well.

And then a few days ago, I was checking the profile of one of my friends and saw that she had a vegetarian recipe blog! And even though most people are very confused by my obsession interest in vegetarian and vegan foods when they find out that I’m a meat eater, I think it’s a perfectly normal interest for someone who is also fascinated with the importance of nutrition, and how to get the most nutrition out of food and drink rather than out of a bottle.

So I recommend checking out her blog. She’s got a yummy looking Cheese Risotto recipe freshly posted, and some info on health news that I generally don’t see.
