I am completely fascinated by this video. I warn you now, there is no sound whatsoever, nor are there captions, so really, if you don’t know sign language, you might as well give it a miss.
Actually, I don’t know sign language, but I can’t stop watching it. Maybe it’s the renn geek in me who loves the pirate shirt, maybe it’s because I’ve always wanted to learn sign language. I don’t know.
But I do think it’s very cool that someone is using YouTube to give useful information to people who can’t hear, or who can’t hear well.
And I love the idea of the subject matter. The video is about using rooibos tea in place of water for all or most recipes. Ok, I loathe the taste of rooibos (pronounced roy-boss), but there’s no denying the amazing health benefits of drinking it. Not to mention the whole “cook with tea” movement going on.
So, if you understand sign language, I recommend watching this video. And then tell me what it says.
And if you don’t know sign language- just watch it for a few minutes anyway. I love his shirt, and you can tell that he’s passionate on the subject. Plus, the movements are surprisingly soothing.
And then when you’re done, watch this video of a cat drinking rooibos.
